The editors aim to respond to all correspondence within five working days. Article proposals and factual corrections are reviewed on a weekly basis. The editors do not respond to unsolicited commercial enquiries.
Reader Correspondence
The editors accept accounts of personal experience with restrictive eating patterns, yo-yo eating cycles, or the process of establishing sustainable food habits. Accounts may be published in edited form with the contributor's consent.
Article Proposals
Proposed articles should be grounded in published nutritional or behavioural research and should avoid the register of popular wellness writing. The editors are particularly interested in long-form pieces on gradual change, flexible eating frameworks, and food relationship awareness.
Corrections
Factual corrections are taken seriously. If a published article contains a verifiable error, the editors ask that the correction be submitted with a reference to the source of the correct information. Corrections that meet this standard are published promptly.
